Warranty Policy

Green Wheels offers a 3 months warranty covering motor and battery for our electric scooters. The warranty period begins on the purchase date, as indicated on your receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

• Consumable items subject to wear and tear. These include (but are not limited to): tyres, rubber foot pads, handlebar grips, brake cables, brake pads, brake discs, brake handles, paint, rubber bungs, wheel bearings, mudguards.
• Mechanical damage such as snapped or damaged bolts or other parts.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, and crash damage.
• Modifications, alterations or customisations.
• Inappropriate use or incorrect maintenance and storage.
• Water damage beyond the IP rating.
• Non-original parts or accessories.
• Commercial use.

To make a claim, contact us at sales@greenwheelsscooters.ie with your purchase receipt. Describe the issue and provide relevant photos or videos. If needed, send the scooter or part to our store. We reserve the right to use original or non-original parts for repairs undertaken. Non-original parts used will always be to the same specification as original parts. Delivery and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

If an original manufacturing defect in the motor or battery is found and we receive a valid claim within the Warranty Period, we will repair the scooter at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, where it is possible for us to do so.

For the duration of the Warranty Period, all repairs are to be undertaken by us. Any repairs undertaken by an unauthorised party will render this limited warranty void.
